Nancy Jane Basham 
Nancy Jane was born on February 8th, 1852 in Wyoming Co., West Virginia.1 Nancy Jane's father was William Blane Basham and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Peters. Her paternal grandparents were James Eber Wiley and Rhoda Basham; her maternal grandparents are Jordan Peters and Mary Unknown. She had a brother and two sisters, named James Preston, Julia Ann and Louisa E. (Lizzie). She was the second oldest of the four children. She had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named John Albert, Henry Johnson, William Joseph, Robert Hugh, Isaac Edmond, Sylvanus Eanon, Arden Lewis, Arminta Codine, Margaret Lucinda, Rosa Belle, Virginia Alifare and Louanna. She died at the age of 78 on December 10th, 1930 in Columbus, Franklin Co., Ohio. She was buried in East Lawn Cem., Columbus, Ohio.1 1 General Notes
