Casper Vaughn Basham 
Casper Vaughn was born on July 16th, 1895 in Butler Co., Kentucky.1 Casper Vaughn's father was Silas Hardin Hailey Basham and his mother was Mary Isabell (Belle) Keown. His paternal grandparents were Samuel Wesley (Rev) Basham and Martha (Mary) Jane Williams. He had two brothers and a sister, named Herbert Evan, Gordon (Bennette) and Cornelia Edith 'Nellie'. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 37 on July 25th, 1932 in Warren Co., Kentucky.1 General Notes
