Caroline Frances was born on January 6th, 1835 in Morgan County, Georgia.1 Caroline Frances' father was THOMAS WILSON and her mother was LOVICE Atkins. Her maternal grandparents were ASA ATKINS and FRANCES Lea. She had a brother and two sisters, named Gilbert Westley, MARY Magdaline and Priscilla. She was the second youngest of the four children.
