Nancy Ellen Dean 
Nancy Ellen was born on August 9th, 1854 in Rockingham Co., Virginia.1 Nancy Ellen's father was Morgan Asbury Dean and her mother was Susannah Lurena Breeden. Her maternal grandfather is Jonathan Breeden and her maternal grandmother was Nancy Meadows. She had five brothers and five sisters, named Nicholas Asbury, John Wesley, Sewell Alfred, James Morgan, Daniel Thurston, Mary Frances, Martha Segourney Catherine, Sarah Elizabeth, Virgina Ann and Lucinda Matilda. She was the fourth oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 82 on February 1st, 1937.1 -
