Henry Clay 
Henry was born on September 3rd, 1711 in Southam Parish, Cumberland Co., Virgnia.1 Henry's father was HENRY Clay and his mother was MARY Mitchell. His paternal grandparents were CHARLES Clay and HANNAH Wilson; his maternal grandfather was WILLIAM Mitchell and his maternal grandmother is ELIZABETH Innes. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, Charles, William Mitchell, MARY Obedience, Amey and Martha. He died at the age of 53 on October 22nd, 1764 in Southam Parish, Cumberland Co., Virgnia.1 -
