William Russell Bailey 
William Russell was born in March 1822 in Virginia.1 William Russell's father was Henry Bailey and his mother was Elizabeth Peters. His paternal grandparents were RICHARD Patton Bailey and ELIZABETH Anne Belcher; his maternal grandparents were John Jacob Peters and Frances Simms. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John P., Phillip P., James M., Elijah P., Mary, Nancy, Elizabeth and Jane Perry. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 84 on June 6th, 1906.1 -
