Thompson P. Bailey 
Thompson P. was born on March 1st, 1826 in Mercer County, (West) Virginia.1 Thompson P.'s father was George C. Bailey and his mother was Frances Thompson. His paternal grandparents were John Payton Bailey and Nancy W. Davidson. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Burrell B., Jonathan Simms, John W., George Davidson, Council Walker, Matthew Alexander, Nancy D., Charlotte Temple, Rebecca Jane, Elizabeth and Catherine Telia. He was the sixth youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 73 on June 20th, 1899. He was buried in King's Cemetery, Montcalm, Mercer County, West Virginia.1 1 -
