James M. Bailey 
James M. was born about 1858.1 James M.'s father was Masten Bailey and his mother was Rebecca Harman. His paternal grandparents were John Payton Bailey and Nancy W. Davidson. He had five brothers and a sister, named George P., Elijah Peters, Pembroke, Mathias B., Jr. Bailey and Jane. He is the youngest of the seven children. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named Pearis, Harrison Henderson, John Peters, James O. and Julia Ann.-
