Chloe was born on January 11th, 1767 in Bedford Co., Virginia.1 Chloe's father was RICHARD Patton Bailey and her mother was ELIZABETH Anne Belcher. Her paternal grandparents were JAMES Bailey and LUCY SIMMS; her maternal grandparents were RICHARD D. Belcher and MARY Obedience Clay. She had eight brothers and two sisters, named REUBEN, John Payton, RICHARD Patton, James, Micajah, Archibald, Elijah I., Henry, Naomi and Sarah Ann. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died before February 25th, 1848 in Mercer Co., Virginia.1 -
