Levi A. Thaxton

Levi A. was born on January 22nd, 1836. Levi A.'s father was Sheppard Thaxton and his mother was Martha J. McCormick. His paternal grandparents were David Franklin Thaxton and Sarah Sheppard. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James S., David Leander, William Shepherd "Will", Mary E., Margaret S., Louisa R., Martha Jane, Nancy S. and Ellen C..
