Ellen C. Thaxton 
Ellen C. was born on November 3rd, 1854 in OH. Ellen C.'s father was Sheppard Thaxton and her mother was Martha J. McCormick. Her paternal grandparents were David Franklin Thaxton and Sarah Sheppard. She had four brothers and five sisters, named James S., Levi A., David Leander, William Shepherd "Will", Mary E., Margaret S., Louisa R., Martha Jane and Nancy S.. She was the youngest of the ten children. She died at the age of 33 on December 12th, 1887.-
