John F. Thaxton

John F. was born in 1885. John F.'s father was William White Thaxton and his mother is Frances Elizabeth Newsom. His paternal grandparents were James Clark Thaxton and Parmelia Elizabeth White; his maternal grandparents are William Newsom and Sophia Hancock. He has four brothers and three sisters, named Walter, William Clark, George Rufus, Jacob Elmore, Mary Jimmie, Elizabeth Ann and Hillary White. He is the second youngest of the eight children.
