Mathilda de was born in 1138 in <Abbeville, Ponthieu, Picardie, France>.1   Mathilda de's father was Renaud II Of CLERMONT-EN-BEAUVAISIS and her mother was Clemence Montbéliard.  Her paternal grandparents were Hugh Count Of CLERMONT (CREIL, MOUCHY) and Margaret (Marguerite) De MONTDIDIER; her maternal grandparents were Renaud I, Count De BAR and Gisele De VAUDEMONT. She had a brother named Simon I de.  She was the younger of the two children. She had a half-sister named Marguerite de.  She died after October 1200.1 


Mathilda de's family with Aubrey II de Mello

‌Mathilda de and Aubrey II de were married in a religious ceremony about 1155 in <, Dammartin-en-Goele, Seine-et-Marne, France>.2   They had two sons and five daughters, named Renaud, Simon II de, Julia de, Agnes de, Juliane De, Clemence de and Aélis de.
