Rachel PHILLIPS 
Rachel was born on September 12th, 1782 in Library, Allegheny, PA. Rachel's father was David PHILLIPS and her mother was Mary THOMAS. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. She had nine brothers and three sisters, named Benjamin, John, Joseph, Joseph, Thomas, Josiah, David, David, Isaac, Mary, Martha and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the thirteen children. She died at 2 months old in November 1782.-
