Isaac PHILLIPS 
Isaac was born on September 23rd, 1787 in Library, Allegheny, PA. Isaac's father was David PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary THOMAS. His paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, John, Joseph, Joseph, Thomas, Josiah, David, David, Mary, Rachel, Martha and Sarah. He was the youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 74 in 1861.-
