David PHILLIPS 
David was born on November 15th, 1778 in Uwchlan, Chester, Pa. David's father was David PHILLIPS and his mother was Mary THOMAS. His paternal grandparents were Joseph PHILLIPS and Mary PHILLIPS. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin, John, Joseph, Joseph, Thomas, Josiah, David, Isaac, Mary, Rachel, Martha and Sarah. He was the sixth youngest of the thirteen children. He died at just 10 days old on November 25th, 1778 in Uwchlan, Chester, Pa.-
