Samuel Milligan

Samuel was born in 1840.¹   Samuel's father was Robert Milligan and his mother was Mary Blanton.  His paternal grandfather is James , Sr. Milligan. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander Campbell, James B., Robert R., John T., Elizabeth, Ruth, Mary A., Emiline and Judith A..  He is the fifth youngest of the ten children.
