Emiline Milligan

Emiline was born in 1837.¹   Emiline's father was Robert Milligan and her mother was Mary Blanton.  Her paternal grandfather is James , Sr. Milligan. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander Campbell, Samuel, James B., Robert R., John T., Elizabeth, Ruth, Mary A. and Judith A..  She is the fifth oldest of the ten children.
