Elizabeth Milligan

Elizabeth was born in 1829 in Tennessee.¹   Elizabeth's father was Robert Milligan and her mother was Mary Blanton.  Her paternal grandfather is James , Sr. Milligan. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander Campbell, Samuel, James B., Robert R., John T., Ruth, Mary A., Emiline and Judith A..  She is the oldest of the ten children.
