Judith A. Milligan

Judith A. was born in 1846.¹   Judith A.'s father was Robert Milligan and her mother was Mary Blanton.  Her paternal grandfather is James , Sr. Milligan. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander Campbell, Samuel, James B., Robert R., John T., Elizabeth, Ruth, Mary A. and Emiline.  She is the third youngest of the ten children.
