Ruth Milligan

Ruth was born in 1832.¹   Ruth's father was Robert Milligan and her mother was Mary Blanton.  Her paternal grandfather is James , Sr. Milligan. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alexander Campbell, Samuel, James B., Robert R., John T., Elizabeth, Mary A., Emiline and Judith A..  She is the second oldest of the ten children.
