Spencer Thomas Hurt

Spencer Thomas was born in 1810 in ,, NC.¹ Spencer Thomas' father was Josiah Hurt and his mother was Elizabeth Young. His maternal grandfather was Henry Young and his maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Unknown. He had six brothers and three sisters, named Henry, William, Benjamin, John H., Forrester, Josiah, Elizabeth, Judith and Sarah Jane. He is the second youngest of the ten children.
