Jacob Hoover 
Jacob was born on July 28th, 1827 in Bedford, Bedford Co., PA. Jacob's father was Frederick Hoover and his mother was Catharine BRUMBAUGH. His paternal grandparents were Johann Adam HUBER and Catherine Kramer. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named John, Samuel, Frederick, Susanna\Susannah, Nancy Ann, Mary, Catharine, Barbara, Elizabeth, Christina and Margaret. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died after 1870.-
