William AVERY 
William was born on June 19th, 1692 in Of, Stonington, New London, Connecticut and his baptism took place on June 19th, 1692 in First Church, Of New London, New London, Connecticut. William's father was John Or Jon AVERY and his mother was Abigail CHESEBROUGH. His paternal grandparents were James AVERY and Joanna GREENSLADE; his maternal grandparents were Samuel CHEESEBOROUGH and Abigail CHESEBROUGH. He had eight brothers and five sisters, named John, Benjamin, Joseph, Nathaniel, Josiah, Elisha, Daniel, Thomas, Abigail, Mary, Elizabeth, Anna and Desire. He was the sixth youngest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 62 on February 8th, 1755 in , North Stonington, New London, Connecticut.
