Susannah Cathurn was born on November 11th, 1882 in Chautauqua, Kansas, USA.1 Susannah Cathurn's father was George Washington Zinn and her mother was Frances Saloma Hare. Her maternal grandparents were Pleasant George Hare and Susanah Moomaw. She had six brothers and five sisters, named John Pleasant, Jacob Henry, Abraham, Lincoln, Louis Edgar, Willis Albert, Georgia Anna (Annie), Maggie May, Alma Mattie Doll, Frances Saloma and Gladys Leona. She was the fourth oldest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 81 on April 16th, 1964.1 General Notes
