Alma Mattie Doll was born on October 30th, 1894 in Kansas.1 Alma Mattie Doll's father was George Washington Zinn and her mother was Frances Saloma Hare. Her maternal grandparents were Pleasant George Hare and Susanah Moomaw. She had six brothers and five sisters, named John Pleasant, Jacob Henry, Abraham, Lincoln, Louis Edgar, Willis Albert, Georgia Anna (Annie), Susannah Cathurn, Maggie May, Frances Saloma and Gladys Leona. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 88 on March 8th, 1983.1 General Notes
