Joseph Wood

Joseph was born on January 9th, 1781 in Frederick, Maryland.¹ Joseph's father was Joseph Wood and his mother was Anne Reed. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Wood and Sarah Hodgson; his maternal grandparents were James Reed and Mary. He had four sisters named Mary Ann, Sarah, Elizabeth and Catherine. He was the youngest of the five children.
