Joseph Wood 
Joseph was born in 1685 in Bohemia Manor, Cecil County, Maryland.1 Joseph's father was Joseph Wood and his mother was Francina Herman. His paternal grandparents were William Wood and Susanna Stubbins; his maternal grandparents were Augustine Herman and Janetie Varleth. He had a brother and four sisters, named Robert, Susannah, Letitia, Rebecca and Jenneken. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 53 in 1738 in Bohemia Manor, Cecil County, Maryland.1 General Notes
