William II Rufus 
William II was born in 1057 in , , Normandie, France.1 William II's father was Guillaume de Normandie and his mother was Maud de Flandres. His paternal grandparents were Robert "The Magnificent" de Normandie and Herleve de Mortaigne; his maternal grandparents were Baudouin and Alix Capet. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Robert III, Richard de, Henry I, UNKNOWN, Gundred de, Margaret de, Agatha Matilda de, Constance de, Alice De and Anna de. He was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 43 on August 1st, 1100 in , New Forest, Hampshire, England.
