Muriel De Courtenay 
Muriel was born about 1322 in Woodhuish, Devon, England.1 Muriel's father was Sir Thomas Courtenay and her mother was Muriel De Moels. Her paternal grandparents were Hugh De Courtenay and Agnes Saint John; her maternal grandparents were John De Moels and Joan Lovel. She had a brother and a sister, named Hugh and Margaret. Burke's Extinct & Dormant Gentry says "John Dinan (Dynant, or Dynham, as the name was differently written), of Hertland, 4th Baron. He was b. 1320; m. 1369, Joane, dau. of Sir Thomas Courtenay and Muriell his wife, dau. and co-heir of John, Lord Moells; which Joane was heiress of her brother, Sir Hugh Courtenay, Knight."
Visitations of Devon identifies John's wife as Muriel, dau. of Sir Thomas Courtenay and Muriel Moels. Otherwise, they seem to be in agreement.
