Alice D' was born in 1137 in Casti Arundel, Sussex, England.1 Alice D''s father was William "Strong Hand" D' Aubigny and her mother was Quenn. Her paternal grandparents were William De Aubigny and Maud (Mary) Bigod; her maternal grandparents were Louvain and Ida De Chiny & Namur. She had six brothers and five sisters, named William De, Godfrey D', Simon D', Rayner D', Henry De, Geoffery D', Cecily De, Olivia D', Matilda D', Agatha D' and Matilda De. She had a half-sister named Cecily. She died at the age of 51 on September 11th, 1188. She was buried in Foucarmont Abbey.1 1 -
