Quenn was born in 1103 in Brabant, Netherlands.1   Quenn's father was Louvain and her mother was Ida De Chiny & Namur.  Her paternal grandparents were Henry II Count Of Louvain and Alix; her maternal grandparents were Otto II Chiny De Rameru and Adelaide De Namur. She had a brother and a sister, named Louvain and Ida Princess Of.  She was the oldest of the three children. She had a half-brother named Josceyln De.  She died at the age of 48 on April 23rd, 1151 in Affligham, Flanders, France.  She was buried on April 23rd, 1151 in Reading Abbey, Reading, Berkshire, England.1 1

‌Quenn and William "Strong Hand" D' were married in a religious ceremony in 1138 in England.1   They had six sons and six daughters, named William De, Godfrey D', Simon D', Rayner D', Henry De, Geoffery D', Alice D', Cecily De, Olivia D', Matilda D', Agatha D' and Matilda De.
