Lewis DeMoss

Lewis was born on November 1st, 1715 in Baltimore Co,Maryland   (now Harford Co).  Lewis' father was *Louis DeMoss and his mother was *Catherine.  His paternal grandfather was *Count Louis Dumas (according to tradition). He had six brothers and two sisters, named William, John, Peter (Pierre), Thomas, James, *Charles (Sr.), Catherine and Pine orJane.  He was the second oldest of the nine children.  He died before June 6th, 1749 in Frederick Co,VA.

‌Lewis and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony on January 6th, 1743 in Baltimore Co,MD.
