Robert Giles Vaden 
Robert Giles was born on March 30th, 1851 in VA. Robert Giles' father was Vincent Vaden and his mother was Sarah E. Martin. His paternal grandparents were Peter Vaden and Unknown Hatcher; his maternal grandparents were John R. Martin and Catherine Williams. He had six brothers and a sister, named John Henry, Peter Francis, James M., William Edward, Richard Johnson, Joseph Leonard and Martha Ann. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 78 on May 7th, 1929.-
