Richard Johnson Vaden

Richard Johnson was born on July 10th, 1850.  Richard Johnson's father was Vincent Vaden and his mother was Sarah E. Martin.  His paternal grandparents were Peter Vaden and Unknown Hatcher; his maternal grandparents were John R. Martin and Catherine Williams. He had six brothers and a sister, named John Henry, Peter Francis, James M., William Edward, Robert Giles, Joseph Leonard and Martha Ann.  He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 96 on November 9th, 1946.

They had a son and two daughters, named Luther E., Maggie A. and Myrtie E..
