Ernest Chloe Fowler 
Ernest Chloe was born on March 19th, 1898 in Chatham Co NC. Ernest Chloe's father was James Monroe Fowler and his mother was Lelia Ann Sutton. His paternal grandparents were John G. Fowler and Mary Allen; his maternal grandparents were Charles Sutton and Nancy Murray. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Lawrence R., Edson DeMark, Clyde Monroe, George Herbert, Frederick Desmond "Dutch", Mamie Naomi, Bertha May and Daisy Daphne. He was the second youngest of the nine children. He died at the age of 38 in 1936.-
