Lucienne was born about 1090.  Lucienne's father was Guy II Count of Rochefort de Montlhery and her mother was Adelaide de Crecy.  Her paternal grandparents were Guy Seigneur De Montlhery and Hodierne De Gometz; her maternal grandparents were Hildouin IV De Montdidier and Alice (Alix) (Adela) Countess Roucy. She had a sister named Melisende.  She was the younger of the two children. She had four half-sisters named ???, Miss, Melisande and Elise de.  She died in 1137.

‌Lucienne and Guichard III were married in a religious ceremony in 1107.  They had a son and a daughter, named Humbert III and Marie ou Alix ou Sibylle.
