Mavis Virginia was born on February 11th, 1925 in Talladega Co., AL.1 Mavis Virginia's father was Spurgeon Kinchler, Sr Spradley and her mother was Florence Alabama Weldon. Her paternal grandparents were John William, Jr. Spradley and Valcey Almeade McGinniss. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Horace Lee, Spurgeon Kinchler, Jr., Myrtis Lorene, Vervis Lavinia and Dorothy Ann. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died at the age of 52 on December 9th, 1977 in Vallejo, CA. She was buried on March 8th, 1981 in Childersburg Cemetery in Childersburg, Talladega Co., AL.1 1 General Notes

trailer by telephone man 3 years and 3 months after she disappeared. It
is believed she was murdered.
