George B. Spradley 
George B. was born in March 1855 in Shelby Co., AL.1 George B.'s father was Manning C. Spradley and his mother was Louisa Delula Chritzberg. His paternal grandparents were Bryant A. Spradley and Frances Payne; his maternal grandparents were John Chrietzburg and Elizabeth Segrest. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Henry, John William, Robert Dillard, Caroline Corintha, Sarah, Virginia Elizabeth, Mary Emma and Ellen. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 89 in 1944 in AL. He was buried in Lawley Chapel Cemetery, Shelby Co., AL. Located on Highway 55 north of Sterrett.1 1 General Notes
