Oliver Francis was born on March 19th, 1882 in AL.1 Oliver Francis' father was David Oliver Rushing and his mother was Coral E. Rushton. His paternal grandparents were Zebulon Moore Pike Rushing and Rebecca S. Huffman. He had four brothers named Maynard Orrville, Henry Osgood, Claude Eugene and Ray Rushton.
