Charles T. was born on March 20th, 1848 in GA.1 Charles T.'s father was James Miller and his mother was Mary Gibson. His paternal grandparents were Charles Miller and Nancy (?); his maternal grandparents were UNKNOWN Gibson and Susannah (?). He had four brothers and three sisters, named Henry Walter, James, John Thomas, Robert Anderson, Martha, Nancy and Amanda. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children.
