Mr. John B. Logan, one of northwest Coosa's enterprising farmers was at
Rockford.

Logan, John B. Cooper, Ala., age 92, died March 3, 1966, in the hospital
and funeral services were held March 5, 11:00 am., at Chestnut Creek
Baptist Church. Survivors include: 4 sons, George Logan, Rockford,
Luther Logan, Tennessee, Henry Logan, Verbena, Lesley Logan, Huntsville;
4 daughters, Miss Hattie Logan, Clanton, Mrs. Viola DeVaughan, Coopers,
Mrs. Clara Davis, Huntsville, and Mrs. Vera Haywood, Birmingham, one
brother Curtis Logan, Thorsby, 2 sisters Mrs. Rene White, Clanton and
Mrs. Bama Jones, Verbena. Union Banner, March 1966

Chilton Co., AL.
