The Logan family reunion was held September 30 at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. G. C. White, in honor or Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Logan, celebrating her
80th birthday. The children that were present are as follows: J. B.
Logan, of Cooper; E. C. Logan, of Wetumpka; Mrs. J.D. Patterson, Phoenix
City; Mrs. Sarah Jones, Verbena; Mrs. Lue Vick, Clanton. Grandchildren

Harvie, Melvin, Elsie, Leon and Avonell Logan; Henry, Viola, Leslie,
Clara, Vera Logan; Mrs. Emmett Moore, Harrison, Emmett and J.R. Moore,

everyone had a well filled basket. At 12 o'clock, a wonderful dinner was

Mrs. Sarah Rebecca Logan, affectionately known to hundreds of friends as
"Aunt Becky," died Monday morning at her home in the Bethel community, at
the age of eighty years. She was the widow of the late Henry Logan.
Burial was at Bethel Tuesday with Martin in charge. Officiating at the
funeral services were Rev. J. D. Hughes, Rev. Davis and Rev. J.W. Jones.
Pallbearers were six grandsons, Henry, Leslie and Harmon Logan, Lois
Dozier, Odis Vance, and Ernest Culver.
