James M. Kelley 
James M. was born on January 3rd, 1878 in Laurel Hill, Walton County, Florida.1 James M.'s father was Reuben Myles Kelley and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Gavin. His maternal grandparents were Charles W. Gavin and Mary Ann Garrett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named General W., John R., Marion Butler, Allen Sylvester, Josephine E., Eliza J., Mary Elizabeth, Katie and Lucy. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 48 on March 24th, 1926. He was buried in Dorcas Cemetery, Okaloosa County, Florida.1 1 -
