General W. Kelley 
General W. was born on February 28th, 1884 in Laurel Hill, Walton County, Florida.1 General W.'s father was Reuben Myles Kelley and his mother was Nancy Elizabeth Gavin. His maternal grandparents were Charles W. Gavin and Mary Ann Garrett. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James M., John R., Marion Butler, Allen Sylvester, Josephine E., Eliza J., Mary Elizabeth, Katie and Lucy. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 65 on August 6th, 1949. He was buried in Almarant Cemetery, Crestview, Okaloosa, Florida.1 1 -
