May Gordon

May was born on August 16th, 1921 in Milligan, Okaloosa County, Florida.¹ May's father was Joel Marlin Gordon and her mother was Mary Nancy Garrett. Her maternal grandparents were William Thorton Garrett and Sarah Elizabeth Bush. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Alton Herman, Billy Gean, Dessie Ree, Euline and Norma Faye. She was the third youngest of the six children. She died on August 16th, 1921 in Milligan, Okaloosa County, Florida. She was buried in Antioch Cemetery, Okaloosa, Florida.¹¹
