Melvira Garrett 
Melvira was born on April 11th, 1886.1 Melvira's father was James Monroe Garrett and her mother was Mary Elizabeth Haynes. Her paternal grandparents were Overstreet Wiley Garrett and Martha P Bozeman; her maternal grandparents were G. Leroy Haynes and Mary Ann. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John Street, James Franklin, Joshua Samuel, Thomas Henry, Mary E., Ella V. and Alice Lee. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 69 on September 26th, 1955.1 -
