Floyd Melvin Peters 
Floyd Melvin was born on March 29th, 1917.1 Floyd Melvin's father was Jim F. Peters and his mother was Melvira Garrett. His maternal grandparents were James Monroe Garrett and Mary Elizabeth Haynes. He had two brothers and a sister, named James Malcom, Lloyd Joshua and Mary Gladys. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 74 on May 31st, 1991.1 -
