James Franklin Garrett 
James Franklin was born on February 18th, 1888.1 James Franklin's father was James Monroe Garrett and his mother was Mary Elizabeth Haynes. His paternal grandparents were Overstreet Wiley Garrett and Martha P Bozeman; his maternal grandparents were G. Leroy Haynes and Mary Ann. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Street, Joshua Samuel, Thomas Henry, Mary E., Ella V., Alice Lee and Melvira. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 72 on July 3rd, 1960.1 -
