Edward H. Garrett 
Edward H. was born on May 21st, 1795 in Laurens County, South Carolina.1 Edward H.'s father was Jesse, Sr. Garrett and his mother was Elizabeth Henderson. His paternal grandparents were Edward II Garrett and Ann West Ousley. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Stephen, John, Thomas H., William James, Jesse, Jr., Frances, Nancy, Mary W. and Elizabeth Betsy. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 on July 19th, 1875 in Cheorkee, Alabama.1 -
